Public bug reported:

recently all v2 drivers were moved to the neutron_lbaas.drivers package
from the neutron_lbaas.services.loadbalancer.drivers package.  To
maintain backwards compatibility with some of them, redirect of imports
was implemented for configs that have not updated to the new paths.  the
synchronous_namespace_driver.py module's redirect is broken.
