An attempt to PATCH or PUT an invalid value into the artifact's blob
property leads to unhandled exception (i.e. HTTP 500 error code)

Example:
PUT /v3/artifacts/images/v1/<someid>/file sent with application/json request type and some json body instead of proper applciation/octet-stream leads to HTTP 500 instead of proper HTTP 400
