I've changed it back to "New", I think having a command that fails to
execute is something that should be fixed (or removed).

      from glance.cmd.artifacts import main
  ImportError: No module named artifacts

  
  I can't spot artifacts module inside glance/cmd/ folder. Should it be removed?
