     openstack-nova-compute-14.0.0-1.el7.noarch
     libvirt-daemon-1.2.17-13.el7_2.5.x86_64
     qemu-kvm-ev-2.3.0-31.0.el7_2.21.1.x86_64

  
  2. Which storage type did you use?
     Ceph

  3. Which networking type did you use?
     Not relevant 

  Because of https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1334398, the option
  disable_libvirt_livesnapshot is used to disable libvirt's live
  snapshot for a workaround. But for Ceph based instances, it just uses
  the snapshot backend's capability of 'direct snapshot' instead of
  libvirt's libvirt blockRebase. So the option
  disable_libvirt_livesnapshot is not relevant to the case of Ceph
  storage. The default options should allow to do live snapshot with
  instances on RBD storage.
