  show garbage after change resolution.(FR:2/10times)

  Description:
  Connect a Single-c Salomon Dock to SUT, connect 3 monitors to dock, change resolution of external monitors to any value, external monitor show garbage.
  Move mouse or Press Keyboard, garbage disappear.

  Expected Behavior:
  External monitor don't show garbage after change resolution.

  Steps to Reproduce:  
  1. Flash Latest BIOS, install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
  2. Boot to OS, connect a Salomon Dock to SUT;
  3. Connect a HDMI monitor, two DP monitors to SUT; 
  4. Change resolution of external monitors;
  5. Find one External Monitor show Garbage.---->problem(refer to Video)
  6. Move mouse or press keyboard garbage disapear.
