I *finally* got a losa to turn on the feature flag on qastaging.  I was able to see the green link, and try to create a subscription.  Upon submitting it I got the spinner for a really long time but it seems coincident with my connectivity to the world going wonky.

I'll try again tomorrow.  Danilo you should be able to do your QA now.
