Notes from call with Francis

 - lpsetup: this is going to be blocking for parallel testing. We want
update done by Friday if at all possible. update should support normal
branches (not just the lightweight checkout story) but that *should*
fall out naturally.

 - I asked Francis about running the retrospective meetings. He
recommended Esther Derby's _Agile Retrospectives_ for thoughts and ideas.

 - I asked Francis about improving the readability/usability of the
minutes/blog. Ideas/thoughts:
   * Who do we want to read? Optimize for them.
   * Ask you on squad: what are you using from the minutes? What could
make it easier? Optimize for squad.
   * Consider making blog introduction a single blog that I link from
the beginning, rather than repeat. People who read frequently don't
need it.
   * Consider making one blog for status updates, and one blog for
tricks/successes/problems. People will have different interests, based
on this division.
   * Consider dividing up tricks individually on tumblr or similar.
These are micro-tricks, so maybe easier to find from Google then.
   * Only write up successes/problems if it helps the readers we want.
   * I think writing the results down helps us remember decisions, and
helps us actually integrate the lessons with our thinking (maybe just my
thinking?).

 - Francis said that our next project *might* be working on juju support
for Windows Azure or Google Cloud. Python likely, Go possible. This is
about as reliable as gossip. :-P However, he's thinking we are ready
for the next project at end of July.

Graham, as a reminder, Benji and I are out tomorrow. Brad says he will
be around.
