What's 1, 2 and 3? 3 == "Events have one actor and multiple subjects,
actors are not confined to applications - we want to be able to track
stuff like «when was tag X was assigned to Y»"?

If so, I agree. Let's get the new design for Events/Items/Annotations
dicts implemented and then look what to do further.

I think I could get the changes in how Annotations are handled ready
in the event-item-separation branch by Monday.
