I've been running it since last night, and can report a huge improvement
compared on the old packaged kernel.
I have my rootfs set up on a nilfs2 partition, but other than that the
installation is basically vanilla.

I have had the same problems with nvec error-messages as scoopr, and the
suspend doesn't work either, it hangs in the middle just like with the old
kernel (screen shuts down, wifi-led shuts off, nothing responds and the
only way out is force power off).

Other than that everything seems to be working, and working faster, for
example the boot time was reduced to about half of the previous (it now
takes about the same to load the login screen as my desktop takes to just
pass the bios-screen and post-messages :).

Also the caps-lock led works, which is nice.

Big thanks to ogra, janimo, juliank, marvin24, and all the others for the
hard work!
