Not translating proper nouns (proper names) is a rule that must be
followed by people doing translations for all projects. I don't think
this is an bzr specific issue.
A valid discussion would be transliteration of those name in various
scripts... but I think those kind of discussion should be held on a list
dedicated to that specific language/script.
