[Bug 1005102] [NEW] Cairo dock does not uninstall

Public bug reported:

I can't get rid of Cairo-Dock. I tried using the Software Centre and
I've tried 'sudo apt-get purge cairo-dock cairo-dock-plug-ins && sudo
apt-get autoremove' in both a Terminal and a Root Terminal. But I get a
message at startup saying Cairo can't run because the config files are
gone.

This was a question that had a command line command to finally remove it
which works. But I'm making it a bug as I have 12.04 now and this
software still does not uninstall from the software centre.

** Affects: cairo-dock (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
