Re: [Bug 1069854] Re: GLX-dock hangs regularly since update to 12.10
"It happened after upgrading to 12.10."
So it could be a problem related to another part of the system.
"Usually happens after menus in LibreOffice stop working"
hmm, this already smells bad, maybe something is going wrong globally
I don't think alt-cmd-tab plays a role.
What if you run the dock without opengl (cairo-dock -c) ?
"If I downgrade to 3.0 you will have no input on improvements"
yes, only temporarily. This could help a lot by narrowing down the
sources of problem.
Thank you !

Title:
GLX-dock hangs regularly since update to 12.10
Status in “cairo-dock” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
The dock regularly hangs (accepts no input, does not react to mouse
over events) and does not let itself stop by right-clicking the
background.
Kill and restart are the only options to get it working again.
As the launcher does not work properly as well this is a pretty
serious limitation in every day work.
