[Bug 1240069] [NEW] after closing the application the application is still active in cairo-dock

Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 12.04 with xfce after updating Cairo-Dock to 3.3.1 the
following problem appears:

I start an application by double-clicking a file in a file manager. If I
close the application, the application - i.e. libreoffice writer - is
still marked as active in cairo-dock. So if I want to start the same
application again by cairo-dock, it doesn't work, because cairo-dock
thinks the application is opened already. So I have to start the
application with right-click->open new instance, which is annoying. In
cairo-dock 3.2.1 this problem wasn't there.

Thank you for your help

Thomas
