Re: Generating Monthly Indicators

Hi Lars and Ola,

I am not quite clear on what you mean by "disable cache *while developing
your system configuration*", and then this phrase "turn it back on
when you *put
your system in production*". Note the Bold phrases.

But now I've come to understand why we have to annualize (give a factor of
12) indicators when we want to generate monthly indicators while using
yearly denominator. I've just realized that when indicators are not
annualized the figures are so small because they were monthly data against
yearly population.

I have tried to run bloody diarrhoea incidence (Not annualized) by month
for 2014 selecting all provinces as org units, then i run the same
indicator again (this time Annualized), for the same period but for only 4
provinces. Then i just realized that the results were not the same. The
results of the annualized indicator were much higher as they have been
factored by 12.

Thank you so much for clarifying and pointing out the issue. So it was a
cache browser issue then.

So now what do I do. Do I have to keep clearing the browser every time I
make mistake of this kind.

For your advice, please.

Regards,

Baakai
