Turning off as opposed to what... uninstalling? Surely you don't expect
users to manually select packages for individual services they need. Not
to mention, this doesn't work in the uni/ library/ office.
I think packages are only relevant as far as non-standard dependencies
go. So long as GNOME Online Accounts decides *what* should show up and
most services don't need special API, I see no problem having one "web
services" package.
