Last time I checked "1.0" was Harvey's joke. Latest stable release is 0.8.8
and 0.9.x are not even regarded as stable, according to the official
website<http://www.compiz.org/>.
By the way, I was messing with 0.8.6... maybe I'll have more luck with
0.8.8. Maybe packaging it from scratch or something.

The fact that the lead dev apologized for failing
0.9.x<http://smspillaz.wordpress.com/2011/12/25/apology-2/>already
makes me wish we would use something else.
