Re: I propose moving hosting sites
Before we commit to moving stuff, let's consider whether we can keep
some shell of a service on both launchpad and wikidot, which could
direct visitors to the new urls. This is important because there are
now a lot of links pointing to those sites as a result of media
coverage, bookmarks, email, etc.
For example, our ERMA wiki is now #3 in natural search results for an
"erma" google search I just did. That's right, we've surpassed Erma
Bombeck!
Lots of bookmarks, e.g.
http://delicious.com/search?p=erma&u=&chk=&context=main&fr=del_icio_us&l
