Public bug reported:

I did installation on Ubuntu 11.10 with instruction from Ubuntu Wiki: 
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gma500/emgd110
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install emgd-support
sudo emgd-xorg-conf

After the Reboot, It keeps loading into a color Video test mode and loop over and over until i give up and force to turn off. 
ACPI and Power button not working any more into this loop. 

Use on Asus t91MT
