[Merge] lp:~jose-junior/graphite/doc-changes into lp:graphite

 

coredump has proposed merging lp:~jose-junior/graphite/doc-changes into lp:graphite.

Those two changes only organize the docs/tools.rst in a semi-alphabetic way (all the tools named graph* kinda messes it up) and adds the HoardD tool description. Disclaimer: I am the author or HoardD.
