Here is a suggestion to use the Launchpad integration library (LPI) or a
similar method to show additional entries in the Help menu, so that
potential contributors can be directed to translating the application,
reporting bugs and getting online help.

Here is more information on the Launchpad Integration library and what
it does:

Note the notice on this method only working with Ubuntu source packages
in main. This means that the LPI cannot be used directly on projects.
