Shutdown problems on Asus K52JC
Hello, thanks for poiting me out in the right direction. i've done this:
git clone http://github.com/mkottman/acpi_call.git
cd acpi_call
make
sudo insmod acpi_call.ko
./test_off.sh
And then the proper comand for my system, the one that "works". And i can
see a lot of battery saved there :D. Ok, but now i have this problem, before
i follow that commands, my ubuntu shutdown really really fast. And now it
just freezes when the shut down process starts. it says something about
"tty" on the black screen, and it stays there.... i have to power down
manually. anything i can do?
