[Bug 1205843] [NEW] e1000e ethernet not working on raring 13.04 (nor in precise 12.04)

Public bug reported:

After an upgrade in precise, the ethernet connection started failing.

My desktop is a Dell Inspiron 530s with e1000e 82562V-2 Ethernet
interface.

The problem is that it seems to connect and receive the dhcp but the
ethernet fails all the time.
