[Bug 1395284] [NEW] Unstable wireless connections with 802.11n and kernel 3.16

Public bug reported:

Using kernel 3.16 the wireless connections on 802.11n networks are very
unstable and they fail after few minutes. Even if the NetworkManager
says that it is still connected, nothing works and I have to manually
disconnect and connect again. And so on.

The problem was not present in kernel 3.14 (i.e. in Ubuntu 14.04) and
seems to be resolved in 3.18-rc5, even if in this case the connections
seem to be slower (but stable).

The solution (or better, the workaround) that has been proposed in
askubuntu does not work for me ( http://askubuntu.com/questions/544074
/unstable-wireless-in-ubuntu-14-10 ).

I have no problem with older wifi standard: if I set my router to not
use the 11n standard, it works perfectly.
