That would be g++ (Ubuntu 4.3.2-1ubuntu12) 4.3.2

The arcs now look like they used to before the great plotting rework.

in the NAND gate U4902 on page 7:

This was also reversed before. According to Jean-Pierre, upgrading
wxWidgets should have helped, but it didn't. According to Lorenzo,
wxWidgets don't have anything to do with it. Interestingly, it came
out right temporarily in r1847:
