You sure its not GoDaddy? This shows softplc.com to be registered via 
GoDaddy

You expressed grave concern in our private emails that a third party 
might read your
emails and act on information therein and since you quoted a 200000 USD 
figure
you have invested into kicad so far, I think you would have a big personal
and financial interest as well to find the culprit.

Would you be willing to chip in another 1000 Euro for legal proceedings?
