I committed the patch fixing the bug 1101718 and the patch adding the 
"append schematic" feature
(perhaps should be now named Append Sheet Content)
I added just a fix because after clearing annotation (or other changes) 
Flags set by these changes should be cleared,
otherwise components with flags set are seen as currently being edited.

With the last changes in "append schematic" feature, i.e. when ignoring 
subsheets, I am thinking this command is very easy to undo:
just put in undo list the list of new components, flagged as UR_NEW : 
see SCH_EDIT_FRAME::PasteListOfItems( ) .
