Re: kicad on Mac OS - Yosemite is available - any experiences?
KiCad carries every library it depends on in the bundle (in contrast to
e.g., linux).
So, as long as the system libraries (not contained in the bundle) don't
break anything badly/incompatible, a version compiled on Mavericks or
any other OSX should work just fine. I guess breaking something rather
unlikely, because then any other piece of OSX software would have to be
recompiled...
