[PATCH] Fix Touchpad Panning Regressions

 

Hi,

attached patch:

Fix 3d-viewer regressions introduced by touchpad-panning for non-touchpad-panning:
* Fix broken horizontal scrolling with ctrl-wheel
* Restore previous step size
