Re: Initial rc6 development.
The discussion of 5.x releases was delayed but perhaps seems relevant
again. Should we plan for a 5.1 release as Simon suggests with a goal of
working GTK3? I'm not sure that I agree with his preference for banning
non-GTK3 patches but I do have a preference for avoiding file format
changes during 5.x releases.
