The kicad-library repo on GitHub has a Wiki.

I think we could use this Wiki system to accommodate the current 
contents of two documents: How to Contribute and KiCad Library Convention.
It will be easier for everyone to read it, and any changes would be 
published without creating new commits.

This will also immunize these informations on accidental change back 
together with the pull requests.


In the future, I think we would find the other uses of this Wiki system.
