The registry team lands every branch with a bug. We create a new bug
that specifies that part that is fixed if we are not fixing the entire
bug. We leave the last branch to close the big bug. This makes prgress
tracking easy...no branch or bug should be older than 2 days, otherwise
there is a problem that needs intervention.
