That would be fine (except that radio button labels should not end in
periods).

Actually I was accidentally using UK English there. In both UK and US
English, the verb is "license". The noun is also "license" in US
English, but "licence" in UK English.

Your editor was correct if the colon was in the middle of a sentence, or
if it was introducing a list treated as a single sentence (i.e. if the
last item ended in a period but the others did not).

Radio button labels are not sentences, though, and they have their own
rules. They should never end in a period, and they almost always start
with a capital letter.
