Well, that's a bit of a philosophical issue - should you
ActuallyUseWikiWords or should you just _Stick an Underline under
Something_ and call it a title.
Personally I prefer the Moin approach, as it forces you to plan you page
names and makes them more obviously appear to be page names when
referred to.
