You need to specify "editor = gvim -f" in ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf (or
whatever editor you prefer).

lp-land uses an editor to let you tweak the landing message, using the
same mechanism that commit uses when you don't specify -m.  It expects
the editor to return after the editing is complete, but gvim returns
earlier unless you specify -f.
