OK, that settles it, we'll try to experiment with an e-mail based
approach. I'll document this, and will send out mail with a [tech] tag
in the subject. As Aaron mentioned, getting consensus is much easier
over the phone, so the key here is to move discussions to phone quickly,
when needed.

We will start in about a week, since I will be on vacation all of next
