We could also use the format "Displayname (name)", which is used
elsewhere when a clear identity is needed. I'm not sure how email
parsers would handle it, though, because it is somewhat similar to the
"jrandom@xxxxxxxxxxx (J. Random Hacker)" form of email-id.
