And just to clarify this: even though Deryck is arguing for not having
an option to subscribe to all of Ubuntu, it never came across to me as
if he'd want us to lose this option.  All of Ubuntu != any of Ubuntu, so
being able to subscribe to a certain package definitely stays in.

Brian has brought up good arguments (which I agree with) about being
able to subscribe to Ubuntu, and I believe this feature comes in very
handy for exactly this case (how about subscribing to a bug tag as well,
to track individual phases of a certain process: for instance, if a
certain group can react on a certain bug tag [like in SRU process],
they'd be happy to be subscribed to such a tag only).
