So, I think we need a bug around the vcs-imports case. For the wadllib
project ~launchpadlib-developers has a structural subscription to
wadllib and launchpadlib. I'll delete that now - gaining commit access
doesn't need to imply getting all mail.

I respectfully decline this recommendation :). We *need* to fix
Launchpad. If our dogfood tastes yucky to us, it will taste yucky to
other people.
