1. Multilingual Lauchpad UI (Translations at the first)
2. Make available suggestion strings to be proposed from dictionary (translation tool, third party maybe). It's like premoderated autotranslation.
3. Automoderation of Launchpad Translation Team's Users.
a) if the user's translation strings was a lot of time corrected by others it brings down his karma;
b) negative karma; if it less than X, this user have to be autobanned [with team admin notification]
