Hello! I noticed that many of package descriptions, which are translated
into Russian on the Launchpad (even 1-2 years ago), are still
represented in English in Ubuntu Software Center. Why?

For example: "Dolphin is the default KDE 4 file manager, intended to be
both powerful and easy to use" (ddtp-ubuntu-main) is translated on the
Launchpad long ago. In Software Center this string is still in English.
And so on.
