Re: A couple of thoughts from a chat
Another good alternative music player I've found recently is DeadBeef.
http://deadbeef.sourceforge.net/
Small, simple, lightweight, and fully functional.
The UI is quite similar to the one of LXMusic, but it's more advanced.
It's still being developed and looks promising.
Please try it.
