Hi,

Regarding the unmanaged wired network part, it is something that we are
aware of & seems to stem from the fact the cli install takes ownership of
the wired network (else you could not complete the install :-) )

you a choice of two methods to get the wired system as 'managed'. that
also contains a link to further details of the bug (which is not Lubuntu).
