The standard install is more or less flawless except the installation of Nautilus, which in it's basic form looks not too dissimilar to pcmanfm. What we would like is it to install with out Nautilus and to use pcmanfm in a nice easy manner, with out having to edit config files. I've found the script Mint use and I'm trying to fathom how it is supposed to work so it can be modified to work with Lubuntu.
