Ubuntu changes GNOME, so Ubuntu can change LXDE too :)  I think the
menus in Lubuntu should work reasonably closely the same way the GNOME
menus in Ubuntu do.  This allows people (like me!) who switch between
the two on different machines to have a better chance of finding things
in Lubuntu :)

I just did exactly that, and attached it to LP bug #650432 which is
strongly related to this issue.  This is just a first quick attempt,
probably the second submenu should be renamed from System Tools to just
Tools.

I'll attach my changed lxde-applications.menu file here too.  I am very
willing to use bzr and propose a merge, or I can do it the old fashioned
way and provide a debdiff attached to the bug... Julien, which would you
prefer?

Per phillw we only have until Feb 24 if we want this in 11.04 :)
