I've added the bit about netbooting and the Advanced Expert Command-line
installation.  It'd be great if you could check it over.  I did not add
the part about forcepae not working though.

About the wiki itself, it seems to be ignoring my browser's language
settings.  And I could not spot the way to save a draft to be worked on
so I had to push the changes out to the public.
