If you take a look at my PPA you can see https://launchpad.net/~adamhorden/+archive/ppa what I have done so far. These packages work when I tested them.
So you are suggesting that we have just one package and modify the control files so it can be built for Intrepid and Januty?

can you not put multiple versions in one of the debian control files so that you have one package that applies multiple releases? I thought I had seen that somewhere. It doesn't make sense to have to keep separate versions for each release. On Mar 14, 2009, at 8:40 AM, Henrik Rydberg wrote:adamhorden@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote:Hi, Henrik I noticed the packages you built for Januty in the PPA. Why the version bump on the Januty package to the Intrepid package forapplesmc-dkms? I did a diff and I cannot see anything changed other thanthe packaging. Is this correct?Yes - I was simply being lazy, since the old version could not be uploaded to jaunty without some kind of name change. I was going to add them to the PPA today but Henrik has all ready updated the packages.Feel free to upload them - the naming convention you mentioned is certainly better than the current.
