It would be good for school admins to be abel to see when members of
their school last accessed their eportfolio.

The admins could then transfer inactive users to another institute or
contact them to ask what they want to do with their account.

This is important for the following reasons 
ensure active users don't get deleted
the member is able to transfer their eportfolio to an appropriate institute
for sites that are hosted a on cost per user basis - this will help to manage paying for unused accounts.
