A while ago we implemented a different paginator that allows some jumps
in the search results making it easier to go through long result lists.

  user search improvement

Bug description:
  When browsing a list of users to:

  -search for and add friends or,
  -as an admin going through the process of manually suspending some users

  clicking the back button to continue the search returns the user to
  the start of the list at the A's again. It would be much more user
  friendly to go back to the last viewed page.

  It performs nicely when just clicking on a user to view their profile,
  then the back button takes you to the last page in the list and a
  search can continue
