With MNet on the way out of Mahara, we won't fix this. The web services
functionality would need to accomplish that.

  It's very useful if we can map XMRPC fields as below.

  Moodle Firstname -> Mahara Student ID
  Moodle Lastname -> Mahara Lastname
  Moodle **** -> Mahara ****
