Not libmariadbclient.

mysql_embedded is a standalone command-line client for accessing MariaDB
data without a running MariaDB server.

As such it can be packaged together with the embedded library
libmariadbd or with the client tools, like mysql, mysqladmin, etc.
Makes sense either way.
